Our office is generally only able to provide immigration casework assistance to constituents who have open immigration cases. Specifically, our office can submit inquiries to federal agencies to follow up on the following applications and cases:

Immigrant Visa Applications

Non-Immigrant Visa Applications

Asylum Cases

Employment Authorization

DACA and TPS Cases

Citizenship, naturalization and oath ceremony

Before submitting a congressional casework inquiry about pending applications, please check the  status of your case and check the USCIS  office processing times. If your case is outside of normal processing times, we can submit an inquiry on your behalf and ask about your case. If you wish to submit a congressional casework inquiry please print and complete the USCIS Congressional Inquiry Privacy release form.
