Magaziner Statement on Labor Day

WARWICK, RI – Today, U.S. Representative Seth Magaziner (RI-02), Vice Chair of the Congressional Labor Caucus, released the following statement recognizing Labor Day:

“Labor Day is a reminder that working people built this country and that workers standing together and bargaining collectively built a strong middle class.

Today, I recommit to fighting for the middle class and everyone working hard to join it, and to building a fair economy that rewards hard work with good wages, strong benefits, and a real opportunity to get ahead.”
